Shipping Policy and Frequently Asked Questions:

At the Little Frog Collective we have spent time ensuring we can find on-trend, affordable, different clothing than what you see everywhere else. Stocking both well known Australian brands and International brands not only gives variety but means that you won't be seeing your unique kids in the same stuff as everyone else! 

International products have FREE SHIPPING.

Please note Australian dispatched products do require paid shipping (Standard shipping $10, bulky items (over 5kg) e.g Strollers $40).

All products and brands which are supplied in Australia will be stated in the product description. 

How long is delivery?

Once shipped, orders may take between 13-20 days for our internationally supplied products, although most of the time they do arrive earlier. We use that time frame to take into account any potential delays at customs or high peak postage periods which are unfortunately out of our control.

Products located in Australia once shipped will take between 3-7 days to arrive. 

If you haven't received your order after 28 days, please contact us at orders@thelittlefrog.com.au and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.

How do I track my order?

All items ordered will come with tracking numbers. We will always send through any information we receive from our suppliers.

You will be updated on your order status via the method of communication you choose at checkout. These include email, text message and Facebook messenger.

What happens if my package doesn't arrive or is lost in transit?

Everything we send has tracking numbers so the risk is greatly minimised for items going missing. If your parcel does not reach you and is deemed missing, we will happily order a replacement item to be sent at no extra charge.

Are all sizes the same?

Due to us sourcing our products from many different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size. 

If you would like a size chart for any particular product that may not have one present, please contact our customer service team via Facebook Messenger or email and they will be able to provide you with one prior to you purchasing.

How and where do I enter a discount code?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!

Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order.

What if my item is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible via replacement or a refund.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AFTERPAY, PAYPAL & AMERICAN EXPRESS.
